Real-Life Action and Strategy
All-Star Baseball players perform just as they do on the ball field. Randy Johnson will dazzle hitters with his fastball, Ken Griffey will terrorize opponents at the plate and on the basepaths, and Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire will be constant threats to slam home runs (or strike out).

All-Star Baseball has the action and strategy of real baseball. Outs, walks, strikeouts, double plays, base hits, doubles, triples, home runs, stolen bases, extra bases--even foul balls and sacrifice hits--are all possible when the pitcher and batter face each other. With a little imagination, the game really comes to life as batters go down swinging or are called out on strikes, runners beat out infield singles, and sluggers slam monster home runs.

Fast and Easy to Learn
All-Star Baseball can be played by 1 or 2 players, takes as little as 20 minutes to complete nine innings of exciting baseball action, and can be played by anyone who collects and enjoys baseball cards.

All-Star Baseball uses a unique combination of statistics from your baseball cards and dice to simulate an at-bat between the pitcher and batter. Special pitching and batting charts and easy formulas make the action quick, exciting, and highly intuitive. By slightly modifying the charts as necessary, the game can be played using any brand or year of baseball card without sacrificing the accuracy or enjoyment of the game.
